How big? Pokemon Go established a new world record of the Apple as the app with the most App Store downloads in its first week. Ever. Apple (AAPL, Tech30) had confirmed by the record, but to share specific numbers.
Shortly after her debut, 6 July Pokemon Go shot to the top of the App Store top free apps charts and has remained there since then. The bag-effect affect other apps as well. The third most download free app in the US is currently Poke Radar, an app that lets users find the Pokemon Go near Pokemon.

Earlier this week, an analyst with Needham & Co. estimated that Pokemon Go in 3 billion in revenue for Apple in the coming one to two years can bring. Although the game is free, get Apple and Google a lowering of a in-app purchases. Needham also said that there were more iOS than Android Pokemon go downloads, according to mobile researchers.
People are playing Pokemon Go longer than most apps, as well.
