For each sport Pokemon defence school, you are eligible for 10 Pokécoins and 500 Stardust in 21 hours. Currency translation Pokécoins go Pokémon, and you can use them for objects like Pokéballs, drinks and other cool stuff to buy more. The cheapest item you can buy for Pokécoins is happy eggs or incense, which costs 80 Pokécoins, so it's in your best interest to many objects if you can claim. And then all this noise.
How to claim rewards
From the home screen, press the bottom one Pokéball, then "shop". At the top right of the screen is a shield with a Pokemon on galleries. Will streaming compression, all eligible earnings for you like a waterfall.

It's a good idea to claim bonus immediately because you may not be able to capture it shortly afterwards. You can only claim the rewards when you Pokemon in gyms.
